关于申请2023年贵州师范大学国际学生奖学金的通知

为鼓励更多优秀的国际学生来贵州师范大学学习和从事科学研究，现将申请2023年贵州师范大学国际学生奖学金的有关事项通知如下：

一、国际学生奖学金项目

1.中国高校自主招生项目（中国政府奖学金）

中国教育部委托国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）负责中国政府奖学金生的招生录取和管理等工作，向中国部分省、自治区的省级教育行政部门和部分中国高校提供的全额奖学金，用于部分中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华学习。目前，贵州师范大学是承担中国政府奖学金生培养任务的院校之一，招收本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生。学科门类覆盖理学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。

2.中国高校自主招生项目（贵州省外国留学生奖学金）

目前，贵州师范大学是承担贵州省外国留学奖学金生培养任务的院校之一，招收语言进修生、本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生。学科门类覆盖理学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。

3.贵州师范大学汉语进修生项目（贵州师范大学奖学金）

此项目根据进修生的汉语水平分为初级、中级、中文+商务电子三个程度，从听、说、读、写等方面进行强化培训，并辅之以HSK(4-5级)辅导、中国传统文化、中国概况等选修课，全面提高进修生的汉语言能力、跨文化理解和交际能力。

二、申请条件

1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2.品行端正、无违法犯罪和不良行为记录；

3.中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金申请者：

● 申请学习本科专业者，须具有高中毕业学历，成绩优秀，年龄不超过25岁；

● 申请攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；

● 申请攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。

4.贵州师范大学奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金(语言进修生)申请者：应具有高中毕业及以上学历，年龄要求18-40岁。

三、资助类别、期限及授课语言

1.资助类别和资助期限，详见下表：

2.授课语言主要为汉语。

四、资助内容和标准

1.中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金

学费：资助标准参照现行中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金标准执行。

住宿费：为奖学金生提供免费宿舍，一般为单人间/双人间。

生活费：由学校按月发放；发放标准参照现行中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金标准执行。

综合医疗保险：按照国家有关规定，为奖学金生购买医疗保险。

2.贵州师范大学奖学金

①全额奖学金生：免交住宿费、综合医疗保险费和全额学费。

②半额奖学金生：免交住宿费、综合医疗保险费和50%学费。

五、申请途径、时间

1.中国政府奖学金申请者：请登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register），注册个人账号，在线填写、提交申请材料（贵州师范大学代码：10663）。申请时间：2023年3月1日-2023年3月22日。

2.贵州省外国留学生奖学金、贵州师范大学奖学金申请者：请登录贵州师范大学国际学生服务平台（http://gznu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），注册个人账号，在线填写、提交申请材料。申请时间：2023年3月25日-2023年5月10日。

Application Guide forInternationalStudentScholarship

of Guizhou Normal University in 2023

In order to encourage more outstanding international students to study and engage in scientific research in Guizhou Normal University, we hereby inform youthe relevant informationabout theapplicationinstructionsfor International Student Scholarship of Guizhou Normal Universityin 2023.

1.International Student Scholarship Program

(1) Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities (Chinese Government Scholarship)

The Ministry ofEducation of thePeople’s Republic of China (MOE) has entrusted the National Scholarship Management Committee (CSC) to be responsible for the enrollment and management of scholarship students.Also CSC are responsible forproviding the full amount of scholarships to the provincial education administrative departments of some provinces and autonomous regions, which could be partially usedfor selectingand recruitingoutstanding young foreign studentstostudy in China. At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakestheprogramoftraining Chinese governmentscholarship studentsincludingundergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students.The disciplinedeliveredcoversscience, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, artand so on.

(2) Independent Enrollment Program of Chinese Universities(Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship)

At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakestheprogramoftraining GuizhouprovinceforeignscholarshipstudentsincludingChineseAdvancedStudents,undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students.The disciplinedeliveredcoversscience, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, artand so on.

(3)ChineseAdvancedStudentProgram of Guizhou Normal University (Guizhou Normal UniversityScholarship)

According to the Chineselanguagelevel of the advanced students, this project is divided into three levels: primary, intermediate and advanced. It carries out intensive training in listening, speaking, reading and writing, andalso,offersthe advanced studentsHSK (level 4-5) guidance, Chinesetraditional culture,Chinese architectureand otheroptionalcourses, aiming at comprehensively improvingtheirChineselanguage ability and the ability of cross-cultural comprehension and communication.

2.Eligibility

To be eligible for consideration for thescholarship, the applicant must:

(1)be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health

(2)have good conductwithout anycriminalrecord

(3)for Chinese Government Scholarship,Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship

●have ahigh school diploma with excellent performance and be no more than 25 years old(applicants forbachelor’s degree)

● haveabachelor’s degree and be no more than 35 years old(applicants for master’s degree)

● have a master’s degree and be no more than 40 years old(applicants fordoctoral degree)

(4)forGuizhou Normal UniversityScholarship,Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship(forChineseAdvancedStudents)

●have high schooldiplomaor aboveinagebetween18and40years old

3.ScholarshipCategory, Duration and Instruction Language

4.Funding and Standard

(1) ForChinese Government Scholarship/Guizhou Province Foreign Student ScholarshipStudents

●Tuition fee: the funding standard refers to the current Chinese government scholarship andGuizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarshipstandard.

●Accommodationfee: free dormitories are provided for scholarship students, which are generally single or double rooms.

●Stipend: it will be paid by theuniversitymonthly,and the standard ofstipendrefersto the current Chinesegovernment scholarshipandGuizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarshipstandard.

●Comprehensive medical insurance: according to the relevant requirement of Chinese government, medical insurance will be purchased for scholarship students

(2) ForGuizhou Normal UniversityScholarshipStudents

●Full scholarshipawardsinclude accommodation fee, comprehensive medical insurancefee and all tuition fee.

●Half scholarship awardsinclude accommodation fee, comprehensive medical insurancefee and 50% tuition fee.
