关于申请2025年贵州师范大学国际学生
中国政府奖学金的通知
为鼓励更多优秀的国际学生来贵州师范大学学习和从事科学研究，现将申请2025年贵州师范大学国际学生中国政府奖学金项目的有关事项通知如下。
一、中国政府奖学金
中国教育部委托国家留学基金管理委员会（CSC）负责中国政府奖学金生的招生录取和管理等工作，向中国部分省、自治区的省级教育行政部门和部分中国高校提供的全额奖学金，用于部分中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华学习。目前，贵州师范大学是承担中国政府奖学金生培养任务的院校之一，招收硕士研究生和博士研究生。学科门类覆盖理学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。
二、申请条件
（一）非中国籍公民，身体健康；
（二）品行端正、无违法犯罪和不良行为记录；
（三）中国政府奖学金申请者：
1.申请攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
2.申请攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。
三、资助期限及授课语言
（一）资助期限，详见下表：

（二）授课语言主要为汉语。
四、资助内容和标准
1.学费：资助标准参照现行中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金标准执行。
2.住宿费：为奖学金生提供免费宿舍，一般为单人间/双人间。
3.生活费：由学校按月发放；发放标准参照现行中国政府奖学金、贵州省外国留学生奖学金标准执行。
4.综合医疗保险：按照国家有关规定，为奖学金生购买医疗保险。
五、申请途径、时间
申请者访问“留学中国”网站，点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”进入申请系统。“留学中国”网站链接：http://www.campuschina.org，注册账户成功后登录系统进行申请。
申请时间：2025年3月1日—2025年3月30日。
注：贵州师范大学“受理机构编号”为10663，“留学项目种类”请选择“B类”。
六、其他事项
（一）贵州师范大学国际学生招生办公室将于2025年7月—8月向被录取者发送录取通知书。
（二）被录取者须在录取通知书规定时间内申请办理签证，并持所有申请材料及录取材料原件到校报到。
（三）奖学金获得者原则上不得转学、转专业及学习期限。
（四）如有特殊原因不能报到者，须以书面形式提前向贵州师范大学请假，无故逾期两周不报到者，学校将不予保留其奖学金资格。

Notice for the 2025 Chinese Government Scholarship of Guizhou Normal University
In order to encourage more outstanding international students to study and engage in scientific research in Guizhou Normal University, we hereby inform you the relevant information about the application instructions for the Chinese Government Scholarship of Guizhou Normal University in 2025.
1.Chinese Government Scholarship
The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China (MOE) has entrusted the National Scholarship Management Committee (CSC) to be responsible for the enrollment and management of scholarship students.Also CSC are responsible for providing the full amount of scholarships to the provincial education administrative departments of some provinces and autonomous regions, which could be partially used for selecting and recruiting outstanding young foreign students to study in China. At present, Guizhou Normal University is one of the institutions that undertakes the program of training Chinese government scholarship students including postgraduates and doctoral students.The discipline delivered covers science, economics, law, management, education, history, literature, philosophy, art and so on.
2.Eligibility
To be eligible for consideration for the scholarship, the applicant must:
(1)be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health
(2)have good conduct without any criminal record
(3)for Chinese Government Scholarship:
● have a bachelor’s degree and be no more than 35 years old(applicants for master’s degree)
● have a master’s degree and be no more than 40 years old(applicants for doctoral degree)
3.Duration and Instruction Language

(2)The instruction language is mainly in Chinese.
4.Funding and Standard
●Tuition fee: the funding standard refers to the current Chinese government scholarship and Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship standard.
●Accommodation fee: free dormitories are provided for scholarship students, which are generally single or double rooms.
●Stipend: it will be paid by the university monthly,and the standard of stipend refers to the current Chinese government scholarship and Guizhou Province Foreign Student Scholarship standard.
●Comprehensive medical insurance: according to the relevant requirement of Chinese government, medical insurance will be purchased for scholarship students
