贵州师范大学2026/2027学年中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”奖学金项目采取“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生来校攻读硕士和博士学位。

一、申请条件

（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康。

（二）学历、年龄要求:

1.申请攻读硕士学位者，应具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁;

2.申请攻读博士学位者，应具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁;

3.未获得中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金资助。

4.申请人应同时符合《中国政府奖学金招生简章》相关入学要求。

二、语言要求

（一）申请在贵州师范大学攻读硕士、博士学位者，中文水平须达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级230分及以上；

（二）曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无须提供汉语水平考试（HSK）证明。

三、奖学金资助时限和内容：

（一）资助时限：

硕士专业学习资助期限3年，博士专业学习资助期限4年。

（二）资助内容和标准：

1.免交注册费、学费；

2.提供免费校内住宿；

3.提供奖学金生活费；

4.提供留学生综合医疗保险。

四、申请流程

（一）线上申请

申请者访问“留学中国”网站，点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”进入申请系统。“留学中国”网站链接：http://www.campuschina.org，注册账户成功后登录系统进行申请。

在提交申请材料时，除系统提示的必交材料（包括护照首页、最高学历证明、语言能力证明、推荐信、体检表及无犯罪记录证明等）外，建议申请者同时提交与所申报专业相关的个人作品、学术论文或研究成果，以便综合审查。

注：贵州师范大学“受理机构编号”为10663，“留学项目种类”请选择“B类”。

（二）面试安排

1.资料审核通过后，面试通知将通过邮箱发送，请务必确保所填写的邮箱地址准确无误。请定期关注邮件并保持邮箱长期有效，以免因未及时关注或邮箱异常而错过后续重要通知。

2.面试为初步评审，我校将选拔具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生推荐国家留学基金委，最终录取结果以国家留学基金委评审结果为准，申请者可自行在“中国政府奖学金留学管理信息系统”查询录取结果。

3.申请截止时间为2026年2月26日。

（三）录取与入学

中国政府奖学金的申请审核和录取过程需要几个月的时间，申请人可在“中国政府奖学金留学管理信息系统”查询录取结果。被录取后，学生须严格按照学校规定的时间报到注册。入学具体时间以录取通知书为准。报到时将核验最高学历证书及成绩单原件、《外国人体格检查表》、无犯罪证明、语言水平证明原件等申请材料。如有特殊原因不能报到者，须以书面形式提前向贵州师范大学请假，无故逾期两周不报到者，学校将不予保留其奖学金资格。

Application Guide for Chinese Government Scholarship ---“High-Level Graduate Program”of Guizhou Normal University of year 2026/2027

The 2026/2027 Chinese Government Scholarship“High-Level Graduate Program”of Guizhou Normal University follows the principles of “individual application, institutional recommendation, expert review, and merit-based admission” to select outstanding international students with exceptional academic backgrounds, professional capabilities, and future potential to pursue master’s or doctoral degrees at Guizhou Normal university.

I. Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:

1.Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically;

2.Academic and Age Requirements:

(1) Master’s Applicants: Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and generally be under the age of 35.

(2) Doctoral Applicants: Hold a master’s degree or equivalent, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and generally be under the age of 40.

(3) Not be a recipient of any other scholarships funded by Chinese governments or institutions.

(4) Be compliance with the admission requirements outlined in the Chinese Government Scholarship Program Guidelines.

II. Language Requirements

1. Applicants for master’s or doctoral programs must provide HSK Level 4 (score ≥230) or higher.

2. Applicants who have obtained a degree from a Chinese institution with Chinese as the medium of instruction are exempt from submitting HSK certificates.

III. Scholarship Coverage and Duration

1. Duration:

The scholarship supports master’s and doctoral students.

Master’s Programs: 3 years

Doctoral Programs: 4 years

2. Coverage and Benefits:

(1) Exemption from registration fees and tuition.

(2) Free on-campus accommodation.

(3) Living allowance

(4) Comprehensive medical insurance for international students.

IV. Application Procedures

1. Online Application

Register and submit your online application at Chinese Government Scholarship Information System，visit “CSC Study in China” website and click “Scholarship Application for Students” at http://www.campuschina.org/ .

When submitting application materials, in addition to the mandatory documents required by the system (including passport copy, highest diploma, language proficiency certificate, recommendation letters, physical examination form, and non-criminal record), applicants are advised to submit supplementary materials such as personal works, academic papers, or research achievements related to applied program to facilitate a comprehensive review.

The code of Guizhou Normal University is 10663.

Please Choose Program category-- type B which refers to scholarship programs responsible by Chinese universities under Chinese Government Scholarship.

2. Interview Arrangements

(1) After passing the document review, the interview notice will be sent via email. Applicants must ensure the provided email address is accurate. Regularly check your inbox and maintain the validity of the email account to avoid missing critical updates due to delayed responses or email account errors.

(2) The interview serves as a preliminary evaluation. Our university will nominate international students with outstanding academic backgrounds, exceptional professional capabilities, and future potential to the China Scholarship Council (CSC). The final admission decision rests with the CSC. Applicants may check their admission status independently through the “Chinese Government Scholarship Information System.”

(3) Application Deadline: February 26, 2026.

3. Admission and Enrollment

The review and admission process for the Chinese Government Scholarship may take several months. Applicants can check their admission status through the “Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System.”

Registration Requirements:

Admitted students must strictly adhere to the registration deadline set by the university. The specific enrollment date will be stated in the admission letter. During registration, original copies of the following documents will be verified:

Highest academic degree certificate and official transcripts;

Foreigner Physical Examination Form;

Non-criminal record certificate;

Language proficiency certificate.

If unable to register on time due to exceptional circumstances, a written leave request must be submitted to Guizhou Normal University in advance.

Scholarship eligibility will be revoked for students who fail to register without valid reasons within two weeks of the specified deadline.
