贵州师范大学2026年中国政府奖学金东盟国家项目 (部省共设)申请指南(试行)

(以下信息以中国留学基金管理委员会正式下发文件为准)


一、申请条件

(一)本项目主要面向东盟国家及其他“一带一路”共建国家(范围详见https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/)的优秀国际学生开放。

(二)学历、年龄等要求:

1.申请攻读本科学位者,应具有高中毕业或同等学历,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过25周岁;

申请攻读硕士学位者,应具有学士学位或同等学历,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过35周岁;

申请攻读博士学位者,应具有硕士学位或同等学历,学习成绩优秀,年龄一般不超过40周岁;

2.未获得中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金资助;

3.申请人应同时符合《中国政府奖学金招生简章》相关入学要求。

二、招生专业

我校将优先考虑具有理、工、农、经济及管理类相关教育背景的申请学生,具体招生专业须根据我校指导进行填报。

三、资助期限、语言要求

(一)资助期限:

1.本科专业学习资助期限4年(需要汉补的学生资助期限为5年);

2.硕士专业学习资助期限3年;

3.博士专业学习资助期限4年;

4.如学生无法在资助期限内完成学业,后续学习产生费用应由学生本人自行承担。

(二)语言要求:

1.申请攻读学士学位者,须在提交申请时参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”(CSCA),并在申报截止日期前CSCA有效成绩上传至信息系统(申请2026年9月入学的,须报名参加2025年12月21日或2026年1月25日的CSCA考试)。其中,“专业中文”和“数学”为我校所有本科专业必考科目;“物理”或“化学”为理工类相关专业选考科目。有关考试说明及科目设置要求,请参阅CSCA官方网站www.csca.cn

2.攻读硕士、博士学位者,中文水平须达到汉语水平考试HSK4级180分以上。

四、奖学金资助内容和标准

(一)免交注册费、学费;

(二)提供免费校内住宿;

(三)提供奖学金生活费:本科生2500元/月;硕士研究生3000元/月;博士研究生3500元/月;

(四)提供留学生综合医疗保险。

六、申请流程

申请人须在https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register上进行报名(留学项目类别为B类,贵州师范大学受理机构代码为10663),下载申请表后将申请所需全部材料上传至贵州师范大学留学生服务平台https://gznu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx。

请使用中文或英文真实、准确、完整地填写申请表并按要求上传材料。过期提交或未按要求提交的将被视为无效申请。申请人无需向我校寄送纸质材料,但必须保证所有申请材料真实准确。一旦发现不实或造假情况,将立即取消奖学金资格。

七、申请材料

申请人必须如实填写申请表格并严格按要求提交申请材料,凡未按以下要求提供材料,申请将被视为作废:

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》(中文或英文填写);

2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求(护照有效期应晚于2026年9月),请及时换发新护照;

3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生,须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明;

4.学习成绩单(自本科阶段起)。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士(如有)、博士(如有)学习阶段,直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单,如为英语以外语种,需另提供英文翻译件并公证;

5.语言能力证明。应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明,如CSCA成绩报告单、HSK成绩报告

6.来华学习计划。应提交详细的中文学习计划(1000字以上),博士研究生须由中方导师签字,学习计划只可以用中文书写。

7.推荐信。本科生应提交两名教师的推荐信,硕士研究生和博士研究生应提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信,内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求,中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况,以及对学生综合能力,未来发展的评价,只可用中文或英文书写;

8.个人作品。申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者,可通过“作品/其他支撑材料”上传个人作品类材料(如影像、绘画作品等),亦可按照申请院校要求以其他方式提供;

9.年龄不满18周岁的申请人,须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

10.《外国人体格检查表》复印件(原件自行保存,此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制,须英文填写)。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效,检查结果有效期为6个月。

11.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明,通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

(注意:通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件,因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。)

八、注意事项

1.申请材料不齐全、不真实,申请专业不存在或不在项目资助范围,将不予考虑;

2.请用扫描仪将相关文件彩色扫描后上传,不接受手机或相机拍摄的文件,不接受复印件;

3.毕业证/最高学历证明与成绩单必须提供经公证的中文或英文翻译件;

4.贵州师范大学在审核上传的申请材料过程中,可能会要求部分申请者提供申请材料的书面版原件/公证件或者指定认证机构出具的认证文件供进一步查验。申请者应保证所提供的申请信息及申请材料的真实与准确,否则,将被取消奖学金资格及入学资格。

GZNU 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship

ASEAN Program (Guizhou), Jointly Established by China’s Ministry of Education and the People’s Government of Guizhou Province

Application Guide (Trial Version)

(The official documents issued by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) shall prevail.)


I. Eligibility

1. Target Applicants

This program is primarily open to outstanding international students from ASEAN countries and other Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) partner countries (For the full list of relative countries, please refer to: https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/).


2. Requirements for academic qualification and age

(1) Undergraduate Degree Program Applicants: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent academic qualification with excellent academic performance, and generally be under 25 years of age.

  Master's Degree Program Applicants: Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification with excellent academic performance, and generally be under 35 years of age.

  Doctoral Degree Program Applicants: Must have a master's degree or equivalent academic qualification with excellent academic performance, and generally be under 40 years of age.

(2) Applicants must not be recipients of any other scholarships offered by Chinese governments at all levels or the admitting institution.

(3) Applicants must also meet the relevant admission requirements specified in the Chinese Government Scholarship Guidelines.


II. Academic Programs

Priority will be given to applicants with educational backgrounds in science, engineering, agriculture, economics, management and related fields. Applicants are required to select major based on the program catalogue and instructions provided by Guizhou Normal University.


III. Scholarship Duration and Language Requirements

1. Scholarship Duration

(1) Undergraduate programs: 4 years (5 years for students requiring Chinese language training).

(2) Master's programs: 3 years.

(3) Doctoral programs: 4 years.

(4) If a student fails to complete their studies within the designated scholarship period, all subsequent expenses shall be borne by the student.


2. Language Requirements

(1) Undergraduate Program Applicants: Must take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) when submitting the application, and upload the valid CSCA score report to the information system before the application deadline (for admission in September 2026, applicants must register for the CSCA on December 21, 2025 or January 25, 2026). In addition, Professional Chinese and Mathematics are compulsory subjects for all undergraduate majors of our university; Physics or Chemistry is an optional subject for science and engineering-related majors. For detailed exam instructions and subject requirements, please refer to the official CSCA website: www.csca.cn.

(2) Master's Program Applicants and Doctoral Program Applicants: Must have a valid HSK Level 4 certificate with a score of 180 or above.


IV. Scholarship Coverage and Standards

1. Exemption from registration fees and tuition fees.

2. Free on-campus dormitory accommodation.

3. Living allowance:

  - Undergraduate degree candidates: CNY2,500/month

  - Master's degree candidates: CNY3,000/month

  - Doctoral degree candidates: CNY3,500/month

4. Comprehensive medical insurance for international students.

VI. Application Procedure

Applicants must first register and complete the application at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register (Program Category: Type B; Agency Number of Guizhou Normal University: 10663). After completing the online application, applicants should download the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and then upload all required documents to Guizhou Normal University's International Student Service Platform at https://gznu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx.

The Application Form must be filled out truthfully, accurately and completely in Chinese or English, and all required documents must be uploaded as required. Late submissions or failure to follow the application instructions will result in the application being considered invalid. Applicants are not required to mail any paper materials to our university. However, all application information and materials must be authentic and accurate. Any false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification from the scholarship program.


VII. Required Application Materials

Applicants must fill out the Application Form truthfully and submit all required materials as specified below. Applications that do not comply with the following requirements will be deemed invalid:

1. China Government Scholarship Application Form (completed in Chinese or English).


2. A copy of the Bio page (first page) of the passport. If the validity of the applicants current passport does not meet the requirement (the validity period of the passport should be later than September 2026), the applicant must apply for a new passport before submitting the application.


3. Notarized copy of the highest academic diploma. Prospective diploma recipients must submit an official certificate of student status issued by their current school.


4. Academic transcripts (from undergraduate program onwards). Scanned copies of academic records from the first to the last semester of undergraduate, master's (if applicable) and doctoral (if applicable) must be provided. These transcripts must be issued and sealed by the academic affairs office, graduate School or relevant student administration department of the attending institution. Chinese or English transcripts are acceptable; transcripts in other languages must be accompanied by a notarized English translation.


5. Language proficiency certificate: Applicants should provide corresponding language proficiency certificates as required by Guizhou Normal University, such as CSCA score report or HSK score report.


6. A study proposal. A detailed study proposal written in Chinese (at least 1,000 words) must be submitted. For doctoral degree applicants, the study proposal must be signed by the applicants intended Chinese supervisor. The study proposal must written in Chinese only.


7. Recommendation letters. Undergraduate applicants must submit two recommendation letters from teachers; master's and doctoral applicants must submit two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors. The recommendation letters should describe the applicant's study objectives in China, cooperation between Chinese and foreign institutions or supervisors, or inter-university exchange programs, as well as evaluations of the applicant's comprehensive abilities and future development. The recommendation letters must written in Chinese or English.


8. Portfolio (for art, design and related majors). Applicants may upload portfolio materials (e.g., videos, paintings) through the "Works/Other Supporting Materials" section or submit them in other ways as required by the admitting institution.


9. Applicants under 18 years of age must submit the relevant legal documents of their legal guardians in China.


10. A copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (original to be kept by the applicant). This form is uniformly printed by Chinese quarantine authorities and must be filled out in English. The physical examination must cover all items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records, or those without the attending physicians signature, the hospitals official stamp, or a sealed photograph of the applicant, will be considered invalid. The physical examination result is valid for only 6 months.


11. Nor-criminal record report. Applicants must submit a valid Non-criminal record certificate issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the application submission date.


(Note: Uploaded materials must be clear, true and valid. Applicants are advised to scan documents using professional equipment. The applicant shall bear all consequences arising from unclear or unrecognizable materials.)


VIII. Important Notes

1. Applications will not be considered if materials are incomplete or false, the applied major does not exist or is not covered by the program.


2. Please upload scanned copies in color of all relevant documents. Files photographed by mobile phones or cameras, will not be accepted.


3. Graduation certificates/highest academic diplomas and transcripts must be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations.


4. During the review process of uploaded materials, Guizhou Normal University may require some applicants to provide original hard copies/notarized documents or authenticated documents issued by designated authorities for further verification. Applicants must ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all provided application information and materials; otherwise, their scholarship eligibility and admission qualification will be revoked.
