“高水平研究生”项目申请指南

贵州师范大学2027/2028学年中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目采取“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生来校攻读硕士和博士学位。

一、申请条件

（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康。

（二）学历、年龄要求:

1.申请攻读硕士学位者，应具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

2.申请攻读博士学位者，应具有硕士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁；

3.未获得中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金资助（不含各类一次性奖励金）。

4.申请人应同时符合《中国政府奖学金招生简章》相关入学要求。

二、语言要求

（一）申请中文授课硕士、博士学位者，中文水平须达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级230分及以上，成绩优秀者优先；

（二）曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无须提供汉语水平考试（HSK）证明。

三、奖学金资助时限、内容及标准

（一）资助时限

硕士专业学习资助期限3年，博士专业学习资助期限4年。

（二）资助内容及标准

1.免交注册费、学费；

2.提供免费校内住宿；

3.提供奖学金生活补助；

4.提供留学生综合医疗保险。

四、申请流程

（一）线上申请

申请者登录“留学中国”网（http://www.campuschina.org），进入“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”注册并提交申请。申请截止时间为2026月12月20日。

提交材料时，除系统提示的必交材料（护照首页、最高学历证明、语言能力证明、推荐信、体检表及无犯罪记录证明等）外，建议同时提交与申报专业相关的个人作品、学术论文或研究成果，以便综合评审、择优录取。

注：贵州师范大学“受理机构编号”为10663，“留学项目种类”请选择“B类”。

（二）考核与评审

我校将通过资格审查、笔试或面试等考核方式，选拔具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生推荐至国家留学基金委，最终录取结果以国家留学基金委评审结果为准。

（三）录取与入学

录取结果一般2-3个月后公布，届时申请人可登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”自行查询。被录取的申请人须严格按学校规定时间报到注册，报到时核验最高学历证书及成绩单原件、外国人体格检查表、无犯罪记录证明、语言水平证明等材料原件。因特殊原因无法按期报到者，须以书面形式提前申请；无故逾期两周未报到者，学校将不予保留奖学金资格。

五、奖学金资格管理

中国政府奖学金生不得同时享受中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金(不含各类一次性奖励金)的资助，一经发现，其中国政府奖学金资格将予以取消，并须退还已领取的中国政府奖学金。

Application Guide of 2027/2028 Chinese Government Scholarship

“High Level Postgraduate Program” in Guizhou Normal University

The Chinese Government Scholarship “High-Level Postgraduate Program” is based on the principles of “individual application, institutional recommendation, expert assessment and merit-based admission”. It selects outstanding international students with excellent academic backgrounds, strong professional abilities, and future development potential to study Master’s or Doctoral programs at Guizhou Normal University (GZNU).

I. Eligibility Requirements

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, in good physical and mental health.

2. Academic Background and Age Requirements:

(1) Applicants for master's degree programs must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, have excellent academic performance, and generally be under 35 years old.

(2) Applicants for doctoral degree programs must hold a master's degree or equivalent qualification, have excellent academic performance, and generally be under 40 years old.

(3) Applicants shall not simultaneously receive other scholarships established by Chinese governments at all levels or admitting institutions (excluding one-time awards).

(4) Applicants must also meet the admission requirements specified in the Application Guide for Chinese Government Scholarship.

II. Language Requirements

1. Applicants applying for master's or doctoral programs with Chinese as the language of instruction must generally achieve HSK Level 4 with a score of 230 or above. Applicants with outstanding HSK results will be given priority.

2. Applicants who obtained a degree from a Chinese university with Chinese as the language of instruction are exempt from submitting HSK certificates.

III. Scholarship Duration, Coverage and Standards

1. Scholarship Duration:

Master's programs: 3 academic years.

Doctoral programs: 4 academic years.

2. Scholarship Coverage:

(1) Exemption from registration fees and tuition fees.

(2) Free on-campus accommodation.

(3) Living allowance provided according to Chinese Government Scholarship regulations.

(4) Comprehensive medical insurance for international students.

IV. Application Procedures

1. Online Application:

Applicants should register and submit applications through the “Scholarship Application for Students” on the “Campus China” website (http://www.campuschina.org). The application deadline is December 20, 2026(Beijing Time).

In addition to required documents indicated by the website (passport information page, highest diploma, language proficiency certificate, recommendation letters, physical examination form, and certificate of no criminal record), applicants are encouraged to submit personal works, academic papers, or research achievements related to their proposed field of study for comprehensive review and merit-based admission.

Note: The Agency Number of Guizhou Normal University is 10663. The scholarship category should be selected as "Type B."

2. Assessment and Review:

Guizhou Normal University will conduct assessments including eligibility review, written examinations or interviews to evaluate applicants' academic performance, professional competence, and development potential for preliminary review. Final admission decisions shall be subject to the review results of experts from the China Scholarship Council (CSC).

3. Admission and Enrollment:

Admission results are generally announced within 2–3 months. Applicants may check results through the “Chinese Government Scholarship Information Management System” at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login. Admitted applicants must register within the time limit specified by the university. Upon enrollment, originals of the highest academic diploma and academic transcript, Foreigner Physical Examination Form, non-criminal record certificate, language proficiency certificate and other documents will be verified. Those who cannot register on time due to special reasons must submit a written leave application to Guizhou Normal University in advance. Scholarship eligibility will not be retained for admitted applicants who fail to register within two weeks after the deadline without valid reasons.

V. Scholarship Status Management

Chinese Government Scholarship recipients may not simultaneously receive other scholarships established by Chinese governments at all levels or admitting institutions (excluding one-time awards). Violations will result in cancellation of scholarship eligibility and repayment of received scholarship funds.
