贵州师范大学2026/2027学年“丝绸之路”中国政府奖学金项目用于自主招收来自共建“一带一路”国家的优秀国际学生到校学习，现将申请的有关事项通知如下：
一、申请条件
1.来自越南、老挝、泰国、缅甸、俄罗斯、乌干达等“一带一路”国家的非中国籍公民，身心健康。
2.品行端正、无违法犯罪和不良行为记录。
3.中文水平需达到中文水平考试（HSK）四级及以上。
4.具有学士学位，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁。
二、资助类别及授课语言
1.资助类别：旅游管理专业硕士研究生
2.授课语言：中文
三、资助内容和标准
1.学费：资助标准参照现行中国政府奖学金标准执行。
2.住宿费：为奖学金生提供免费宿舍，一般为2-3人间。
3.生活费：由学校按月发放；发放标准参照现行中国政府奖学金标准执行。
4.综合医疗保险：按照国家有关规定，为奖学金生购买医疗保险。

申请者访问“留学中国”网站，点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”进入申请系统。“留学中国”网站链接：https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register ，注册账户成功后登录系统进行申请。

2026年4月29日-2026年5月25日。

Notice on Application for the GZNU 2026/2027 Academic Year
Silk Road Program of Chinese Government Scholarship
GZNU 2026/2027 “Silk Road Program” of Chinese Government Scholarship is designed to recruit outstanding international students from countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative to pursue studies at Guizhou Normal University. The relevant application details are hereby announced as follows:
I. Eligibility
1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens from Belt and Road partner countries, including but not limited to Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Russia, Uganda, and be in good physical and mental health;
2. Applicants must demonstrate good moral character and have no record of criminal or improper conduct;
3. Applicants must have achieved HSK Level 4 or above;
4. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, have an excellent academic record, and generally be under the age of 35.
II. Scholarship Category and Language of Instruction
1. Scholarship Category: Master’s Program in Tourism Management
2. Language of Instruction: Chinese
III. Scholarship Coverage and Standards
1. Tuition: Covered in accordance with the prevailing standards of the Chinese Government Scholarship;
2. Accommodation: Free on-campus accommodation will be provided, typically in shared rooms for 2–3 students;
3. Living Allowance: Provided monthly by the University in accordance with the prevailing Chinese Government Scholarship standards;
4. Comprehensive Medical Insurance: Provided in accordance with relevant national regulations.

Applicants should visit the Study in China website, click “CGS Information Management System for International Students”, and complete the online application procedure. Applicants are required to to submit application online.
